| This peaceful
vacation home features a Pool and Jacuzzi. This is a 3 bedroom,
2 bath home with a fold out sofa in the
living room.
It has a one car garage and carport. The
Pool is heated starting in late Spring and
stays warm until late Fall. The Swimming Pool
and Jacuzzi are in a completely enclosed
screened patio. All furnishings are in
good/new condition and this beautiful home has plenty
to offer in additional amenities. Barbeque,
outdoor freezer, Washer and Dryer, CD
Player, Phone, internet, etc., see details
below. Close to several golf
courses, including El Diablo, a Florida Golf
top rated semi-private course that is open to
the public. The entrance to the Citrus
Springs Golf Course is just under one mile
east and less than 2 minutes driving time. From
Citrus Springs its a short drive to the Gulf
of Mexico where you can swim with the largest
population of manatees anywhere in the world.
They are very gentle and enjoy people.
A close drive of just over one hour gets you
to Orlando’s Disneyworld, Universal Studios,
and Anheiser Bush ‘s Sea world, or if you prefer
it is the same distance to Tampa Bay area beaches
and attractions, including Busch Gardens,
and Tampa’s NFL, or NHL team sports. Citrus
Springs, a rural community, is a bird sanctuary,
and wildlife abounds. If you are a NASCAR fan,
Daytona is less than two hours away, so come
and enjoy speed week. We have our own library,
tennis courts, and 47 miles of bike trails for
biking or walking. |

the prestine Rainbow River in Rainbow Springs. We are
15 Miles from Crystal River where you can swim with
the Manatee, hire a guide to take you fishing or take
a river cruise. Citrus Springs is a designated Bird
Sanctuary where it is not uncommon to to observe the
bald eagle, woodpeckers, great horned owl or red-tailed
hawk. You can Bike the famous Withlacoochee Trail that
begins in Citrus Springs and heads South for 46 Miles.
